Master Association

The Master Association is responsible for maintaining the common grounds and standards of the VGCC Community, including our private roadways, entry gates, gatehouse security, landscaping, nature preserves and wildlife sanctuaries. One acre of secured area is available to members for outside storage of recreational vehicles.

Six of the neighborhoods within VGCC are designated as “Maintained Neighborhoods.” Within these neighborhoods, homeowners collectively maintain common amenities, including exterior maintenance, pools, architectural standards and a variety of events throughout the year.

Homeowners in VGCC contribute annually to both the Master Association and Membership obligations.
